Mamman, Gatumbwa Idris, B.Sc. FCA, FCMA, FCEN was born on February 23, 1961 and hails from Gatumbwa, Hawul Local Govt. Area, Borno State. A 1985 graduate of Accounting from University of Maiduguri, he began his civil service career at Southern Borno Agricultural Development Project (World Bank Assisted), Maiduguri, Borno State. He served in various capacities and later transferred his service to the Federal civil service
